He reads the ban through the parable of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10 as a modern case of walking past the wounded man. His alternative is a church-rooted Bitcoin circular economy modeled on Bitcoin Beach in El Salvador, where Michael Peterson started small and built trust over time.
