Brilliance Labs is proud to announce the recipients of our second round of micro-grants, honoring the legacy of Central Bible Church by funding churches and organizations that are making a difference in our city, especially among those under-resourced or otherwise neglected by majority culture churches and ministries.

## HOLLA School — $4,000

HOLLA School changes the academic narrative of Black, Brown, and Indigenous youth through culturally responsive instruction. This grant supports their in-class mentor program.

## One HOPE Fellowship — $1,500

One HOPE Fellowship is a multi-ethnic church plant in NE Portland. This grant supports their Thanksgiving meal box program, providing meals to families in their neighborhood.

## Pamoja House — $7,000

Pamoja House serves immigrants in Southwest Portland through ESL classes, driver’s education, tutoring, and citizenship instruction. This grant provides interim staffing support and sabbatical coverage for key staff.

## Immigrant Connection (ICPDX) — $4,000

Immigrant Connection provides low-cost immigration legal assistance through a DOJ-recognized church-based ministry. This grant supports client services for underresourced Portland metro communities.

## Jubilee Hall — $3,700

Jubilee Hall is a nonprofit coffee shop creating safe spaces for refugee and immigrant integration through job skill and English language training. This grant funds refugee and immigrant vocational training programs.

## New Creation Chinese Church — $2,100

New Creation Chinese Church serves the Chinese-speaking community in Portland. This grant funds their inaugural Fatherhood conference, addressing the needs of fathers in their congregation and community.

## River City Church — $5,500

River City Church is a Vancouver church plant. This grant supports Dia de Accion de Gracias, their community meal program providing Thanksgiving meals and food boxes for shut-ins and unhoused individuals.

## Punto de Encuentro Comunidad Cristiana — $1,000

Punto de Encuentro serves the Latino community in Portland. This grant funds gift card outreach for newly arrived families, helping them with essential needs during their transition.
