Spring 2026 Micro-Granting Round

The time for Brilliance Labs’ Spring micro-grants is here! As is always the case with our micro-grants, we want to hear about what it is that you’re doing to bless the greater Portland area. For Spring 2026, however, we decided to do something a little different than our usual granting round. Over the course of the last five years of non-profit work and ministry in the greater Portland area, we here at Brilliance Labs have noticed that a lot of the problems being addressed by different organizations and ministries wouldn’t even be problems if men would step up and fulfill their God-given calling to love, lead, and care for their families and communities. This isn’t at all to say that the work our dear friends in the non-profit world and in various ministries are doing isn’t important—it absolutely is!—but rather, that we would love to see men in our city live out what God desires for them. Portland will be an even better place than it already is when families are stronger and men look and act more like Jesus.

We are still very much interested in what our friends in various ministries and organizations are doing and would love to stay in touch and hear about it! However, this granting round will only be limited to organizations, churches, and ministries that are specifically focused on serving, equipping, working with, and building up men and/or families. We would love to be a part of providing upstream solutions to many of the problems our city is currently working towards solving.

If you’re a part of a church, parachurch ministry, or non-profit organization and you’re finding ways to serve men and/or families, we would love to see if we can come alongside you by way of a grant, some form of training or a workshop, or maybe even a combination of the two. The deadline to apply for the next granting round is April 24th.
