This form is for you to tell us more about yourself and to share any preferences that you may have for your donation. We will send a donation receipt to the email or mailing address included.

As a U.S. 501(c)(3) organization, all charitable donations to Brilliance Labs are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We retain full discretion to use gifts in alignment with our non-profit mission but strive to honor donor preferences whenever feasible. If a specific purpose cannot be fulfilled, we will redirect funds to a closely related purpose consistent with our mission.
